Hiring & Training Process

There are typically three stages in our hiring process. After each stage, we will communicate with you and let you know if you will or will not be advancing to the next stage.

Our three stages

Stage 1: The Application

 

Please send us your resume via email (PDF attachment to resumes@casto.com) or post (Casto Travel, Attn: Human Resources, 2560 North First Street, Suite 150, San Jose, CA 95131).

 

Once our hiring team has reviewed your application, we may contact you to schedule a phone interview.

 

During this conversation, we will ask you additional questions to better determine your fit for the position and you will be able to ask us questions so that you get what you need to make a decision.

 

Stage 2: The Interview

 

If we both feel like we’ll be a great fit for each other we will invite you to visit one of our offices to meet a few of us on the team.

 

Stage 3: The Training & Coaching Program

 

Your professional development is important to more than just you; it’s important to us too. For the third part, we’ll set up a tailored training & coaching program that is the foundation to your success here at Casto.

 

We’ll tailor a three month training program depending on your needs that will focus on the essential skills required to be a successful advisor: guest service, problem solving, internal systems, and the Casto sales model.

 

Since we believe in more than just training here so you’ll have the chance to learn from some of the best and be coached on topics that suit the growth of your knowledge and skills – both in and out of the office.

 

You will regularly have the opportunity to attend industry events and learn about the places you are connecting people with personally.

 

Our learning trips make sure that you don’t just sell the world but that you experience it to!
